Fresh perspectives on emerging technologies, business growth, and digital transformation crafted to help forward-thinking leaders navigate change, embrace innovation, and stay ahead in an increasingly digital world.

There is an ancient Cherokee proverb that states: “A woman’s highest calling is to connect a man to his soul, so he can unite with Source. A man’s highest calling is to protect a woman so she can walk the earth unharmed.”
When that sacred balance is shattered, reality breaks.
For the first 45 years of my life, I was completely broken. I was trapped in a seemingly endless cycle of trauma and survival. Back then, if someone had told me that "freedom" and "self-love" could create a literal heaven on Earth, I would have dismissed it as a "woo-woo" pipe dream. It just sounded far too good to be true.
I used to think that because I was highly educated and worldly, I had life completely figured out. After all, look at my resume:
An IQ of 120.
A Master’s degree in East Asian Religious Studies from the prestigious University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB).
Years spent translating classical Chinese Daoist texts.
Living in Buddhist monasteries at the foot of Mt. Everest (18,000 feet).
I met my Israeli ex-husband in Tibet, married him, and traveled across the entire globe. I was smart, experienced, and deeply spiritual on paper. So how did I fail to see my own truth? That is the exact question we are going to explore today.
To understand how the balance shattered, we have to look back at my beginnings. I was born in Scottsdale, Arizona, on May 25, 1970, and named Kerry May Blaser (my family also gave me the middle name Shenandoah). We quickly relocated to Switzerland when I was just an infant.
It was there, as a child, that I encountered my masculine counterpart—someone I will refer to as J.C. My childhood was defined by immense challenges. I remember a defining moment when I was hit with a massive punch to the face. It physically harmed me, but the emotional damage was worse: I couldn’t speak up. I just shut down, rejected myself, and locked myself away from a single world.
The ripples of that childhood chaos followed me for decades. It manifested in my adult life through a painful cycle of divorce, workaholism, and alcoholism—all hidden behind the wealthy, beautiful facade of Malibu and Westlake Village.
During middle school and high school, I struggled deeply with isolation and depression. I felt completely alone. On the outside, I had beautiful kids, and my partner looked like a multi-sport Adonis from a magazine. We lived near the beach, owned multiple hot dog stands, and had sports cars. But college and early adulthood became an excruciating, terrible, and painful process of lessons learned the hard way. My personal growth was entirely destroyed because I was too busy surviving to appreciate life.
In the early 1990s, I focused entirely on surviving. I acquired a new legal last name, Bouzaglo, after marrying into a Sephardic Jewish family whose roots traced back to the 1492 expulsion from Spain. Despite the rich history, I found myself continually attracted to disenfanchised, broken people—unwittingly making myself a victim over and over again.
By 1995, I was blessed with three beautiful children: a boy and two girls. But the physical toll of my unaddressed trauma caught up to me. I spent two weeks on a ventilator in the hospital, nearly dying from severe medical complications. When I asked my ex for help, he simply pointed a mirror at my problems and acted like a jerk.
Thankfully, God placed healing people in my path, including my step-father, an incredible cat doctor, and my knowledgeable sister, Shaw. They helped identify my underlying illnesses when I had no clue how to heal. Up until that point, I had no real concept of God, the Quantum Field, or how my body processed trauma.
To cope with the intense muscle pain and debilitating anxiety of my corporate life, traditional psychiatrists had me heavily medicated. I was prescribed a cocktail of:
Tramadol and Azad (for pain)
Klonopin (for anxiety)
Soma (for intense muscle spasms)
Ambien (for sleep)
I could barely afford therapy. I was living in a medicated, oblivious haze, completely overwhelmed by physical pain.
When my 45th birthday arrived, my innate intuitive gifts and my deeply buried trauma collided in a massive wave of awakening. By 48, I began a radical transformation, mending my relationships and choosing to stay present.
But the true catalyst hit when I turned 49. The corporate world I had spent years protecting swept the rug right out from under me. This abrupt loss of my house and stability forced me into a rehab facility in 2016. During my time there, away from the noise of my home, I sat upstairs and refined my message. I fell asleep knowing that my old life was officially DONE.
Luckily, I found my next chapter. Three days later, I woke up, looked in the mirror at my hazel eyes, and knew I was ready to talk. I was ready to wage war against the loop of trauma.
In 2019 and 2020, I participated in four profound psilocybin medicine journeys. Each journey shattered the energetic blocks in my body. I was no longer a captive to my past or irritated by the short-sighted, annoying phenomena of everyday stress.
I realized that we project our inner chaos onto the universe, creating a distorted version of reality. Through intense meditation, yoga, and shadow work, I began to heal the deep wounds of past sexual abuse, ancestral trauma, and the collective pain carried in the female womb. I stepped into the role of a modern-day Red Pill Shaman.
I looked at the world around me—at figures like Andrew Tate and the bizarre, performative culture dominating the planet—and realized that true power isn’t aggressive. It is sovereign. My period of solitary confinement and healing wasn't a punishment; it was a reflection of my growth. Loneliness no longer made me feel inadequate.
My professional background was always rooted in protection. I worked as a corporate executive, serving as the Director of Global Security at GoDaddy. I played in the worlds of the FBI, cyber operations, digital networks, and physical security. But I had failed to secure my own internal network.
Through deep self-examination, I decided to become a structural instructor for the soul. On March 13, 2024, I crossed a numerous, specific gateway. I walked away from the path of emotional death, anchored my path, and applied a strict strategy: I quit drinking, sounded the alarm on my health issues, and systematically dismantled the mechanics of my old life.
I synthesized everything I learned into a practical formula for healing, which I detail in my upcoming book, My Inner Heroine: Exploring Pain to Claim Sovereignty.
This formula addresses the evolution of the Self by balancing three core pillars:
The Heroine (The Authentic Soul): Reclaiming your divine right to walk the earth unbothered.
The Ego (The Protector): Shifting the ego from a frantic savior to a structured ally.
The Shadow (The Deficit): Unpacking the hidden fears, codependencies, and empty spaces we mistakenly try to save with external validation.
To quote a glimmer of truth that murmured through my fear: We no longer need to save the world; we need to embody the medicine.
Whether exploring the dualities of our chaotic modern reality, decoding the systemic roots of trauma (much like a real-world puzzle out of a movie like The Da Vinci Code), or helping people recover from a 72-hour mental health crisis, my life's work is now available to you.
My book is officially available on Amazon, and my podcast is here to serve as your weekly blueprint for transformation. Welcome to the space where we stop surviving, break the reincarnation of our past mistakes, and step fully into our divine, sovereign promise.

Core Framework
Identify what is repeating—not what is happening.
Uncover the identity structure producing the pattern.
What was learned? What was conditioned? What was reinforced?
Break automatic responses at the moment they activate.
Disrupt the default before it completes.
Construct a new internal operating structure aligned with intention—not survival.
Apply real-life pressure to test stability.
No simulation. No theory. Only reality.
Repeat until the new structure becomes default.
Consistency replaces effort.
1. The Law of Structure — Behavior follows identity, not intention.
2. The Law of Pressure — Pressure reveals structure, not character.
3. The Law of Repetition — What repeats becomes identity.
4. The Law of Replacement — Patterns do not disappear; they are replaced.
5. The Law of Integrity — What holds under pressure is what is real.
Core Mechanism

Break the loop at the structure, or repeat it indefinitely.
