My Life Story

I grew up in southern California in a single-mother household. My challenging family life left me feeling isolated, and I struggled socially, so I put my energy elsewhere. At 14, I started a 6-year career at Hot Dog on a Stick until my college pursuits in Chinese and Religious Studies consumed me.

After getting married in 1995 to an Israeli man I met in Tibet, I received a master's degree in East Asian Studies from the University of California in September 1997. That same month, I became pregnant with my first of three children. In 2005, I divorced and started working at a large health insurance company in the compliance department.

In 2015, my mother passed away on my 45th birthday. That's when I knew I had to embrace my psychic gifts and heal from my childhood trauma. The next 10 years felt like a treacherous and exhilarating roller coaster ride. I attempted suicide, embraced my shamanic gifts, and experienced enlightenment. I learned how to transform my emotional wounds into personal wisdom from shamans, psychologists, physicists, yogis, and other medical professionals.

However, my opportunities for personal growth were best found within romantic relationships. I needed a heart-to-heart connection with several powerful men to mirror my wounds back to me for self-improvement opportunities. They were a chess champion, Justin Waller (& Andrew Tate), two decorated fire academy instructors, and a former FBI assistant special agent in charge. They showed me how the universe is a mirror. My male counterparts—my opposites—proved to be my best mirror of all.

Now, I am ready to share the knowledge and wisdom I gained with others as inspiration to transform their emotional wounds into personal wisdom.

Things I Abide By

My Philosophy

My approach to healing is deeply rooted in the belief that our deepest wounds hold our most illuminating wisdom. Through my own journey of transformation—from attempted suicide to spiritual enlightenment—I've learned that healing isn't about avoiding pain but about alchemizing it into purpose.

Universal wisdom reflected across multiple healing modalities taught me to see everything as a mirror. The men who entered my life—each one reflecting a different aspect of myself that needed healing—became my greatest teachers. This transformative perspective offers a revolutionary way to understand healing trauma through everyday mirrors. Today, I dedicate my life to helping other people discover their inner heroine or hero—that fierce, resilient, and wise part of themselves that has been waiting to emerge. Because within every wound, there is wisdom. And within every shadow, there is light.

Healing through honesty and spirit. Written with grace and truth, this book is both memoir and medicine. Her spiritual growth and connection to feminine energy left me with goosebumps. A beautiful companion for anyone on their healing journey.

"I didn't expect a book on healing feminine pain to include men like Andrew Tate or Justin Waller, but the way Kerry reframes their presence in her life was powerful. Instead of idolizing or criticizing them, she explores how their masculine energy mirrored parts of herself she needed to confront"

"This book doesn't hold back. Kerry shares her experience in a psychiatric hospital and raises serious concerns about how mental health is handled—especially for women. It’s a brave critique, and it made me think deeply about the systems we trust with our most vulnerable moments."
